POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
As the Talent Sourcer you will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities, evaluating and screening potential candidates to fill open positions throughout all CIRCOR businesses, both domestic and abroad. A key element of this position is the ability to attract highly-competitive and best-fit candidates for the job.
Activities include managing the various sourcing channels and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates. You should be a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Principal Activities
- Works together with the recruiter and hiring manager to determine position prerequisites
- Creates job postings and sends recruitment emails to potential candidates
- Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
- Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Promotes CIRCOR’s Brand as you communicate with candidates
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
- Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
- Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures
- Create strong and diverse talent pools for future hiring needs
- Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
- Request for referrals from current workers and external networks
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System
- Source for the best passive candidates in the global market
- Develop a strong relationship with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique culture
- Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent
