Job Description:

Your way to impact -

  • You will play a key role in developing and implementing our data strategy, ensuring that we are leveraging data to its full potential to gain a competitive advantage.
  • You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

Your day to day -

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and identify opportunities for analysis.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts in developing and implementing BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by developing and implementing data quality standards and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest BI trends and technologies and identify opportunities to improve our data infrastructure.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What do you need to bring -

  • A bachelor's degree in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with BI tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
