Metrics Officer
Job Profile:
Responsible for using Data Mining techniques and automated analytical tools to extract data from complex systems, analyze company-wide operational information and identify trends/metrics. Analyses and continuous monitoring to be performed in support of internal audits, management reviews, consulting requests and external audits
- Develop automated scripts, tests and reports using various database systems including business warehouse and statistical modeling tools for analyzing company-wide data and transactions to identify trends and track KPIs for compliance reports/ management reviews
- Exp - Overall experience can be anywhere between 5 to 10 yrs. But minimum 3 yrs as Metrics officer
- Identify, acquire and validate large underlying information/ data for proper reporting and evaluation by working with IT and business partners
- Summarize results to present trends, metrics and dollar impact to the audit team and other internal business partners in monthly compliance reports and management reviews
- Understand and evaluate business processes, risks and controls for gaps and efficiencies; collaborate with internal audit team and business partners to improve
- Escalate audit and data trend issues to owners and management
- Summarize results to present to management in monthly compliance report and management review
