ABOUT OUR ROLES IN EXECUTIVE OFFICE

The Executive Office plays an integral role in building and communicating the Goldman Sachs culture and brand both within and outside of the firm. Our goal is to provide our people, our clients and key influencers information about the firm and to develop a strong sense of connection and commitment to the firm's mission and strategy among these constituencies. The analyst role is a unique opportunity to join a global team in the Executive Office providing significant exposure to both business and federation functions. The team works closely with global Executive Office departments and firm’s senior leadership to provide information, analysis and content, as well as manage specific processes within the Executive Office.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a demanding role in a global, real-time environment. It is focused on teamwork, exception risk management, continuous business improvement and proactive control. The team is seeking a professional who can collaborate effectively across functional groups.

▪ Analytics and Management Reporting: Prepare reports and analytical metrics for the firm's executive leadership and global Executive Office departments across wide range of areas

▪ Client Engagement: Prepare client briefings and presentations for the firm’s management and key business leadership, in collaboration with senior relationship managers across divisions

▪ Strategic Projects: Support the team in driving key firmwide and regional projects and strategic initiatives through automation and digitalization

▪ Reputational efforts: Regular monitoring and news circulation on key developments about the firm and clients, and prepare research summaries

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Exceptional written and oral communication skills

▪ Strong organizational skills

▪ High degree of integrity; ethical standards; sound judgment and discretion are must

▪ Commercial mindset and the ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential / sensitive information

▪ Strong sense of teamwork

▪ Intellectual curiosity and highly motivated

▪ Ability to work independently under pressure and meet multiple, competing deadlines

▪ Demonstrate analytical skills and strong attention to detail

▪ Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, enthusiasm, and excellence

▪ Well versed in MS Office tools; Technical / programming skills not required, but valuable
