Sr Security Analyst

•         Security and Compliance of the estate is a key prerequisite for Business Intelligence reporting, charging and Operations. The EPP System maintains up-to-date antivirus, firewall, and behavioral definitions to protect endpoints from vulnerabilities known and unknown.  The system includes infrastructure servers, databases, URLs, consoles, reporting automations, and other standards and processes.

•         Endpoint Protection Platform Application and Solutions Maintenance (Full support of all released versions)

•         Install product updates and upgrades and patches.

•         Regular monitoring and servicing of Problems, Incidents and Service Requests related to Endpoint Protection Platform Servers, Content Repositories, Task Sequences, Workflows, Content Policies, Client Agents and software plugins using customer service desk tool (ServiceNow) or other ticket tracking and quality management systems.

•         Maintenance of Endpoint Protection Platform Servers platform globally including the application, client, agent, service, database, and servers.

•         QL Database Health Check monitoring, collaboration with SQL support team globally as required.

•         Implementation of New Endpoint Protection Platform Policies and Changes as required

•         Test and implement Endpoint Protection Platform related product updates (major and minor)

•         Proof of Concept implementation and testing prior to the Rollout of Endpoint Protection Platform related patches, features, and upgrades.

•         Testing and implementation of upgrades on solution server and infrastructure components in a pilot and production mode.

•         Prepare Change Requests for the Endpoint Protection Platform Infra/ SQL server.

•         Setup and maintain specific Hardware architectures with the Test Lab to validate content provisioning and optimizations.

•         Administration and Maintenance of Security Groups, Access Roles, Interfaces and Scripts.

•         Co-ordinate, create and maintain the Policies (Antivirus, Encryption, Firewall, Application and Device Control) hierarchy globally.
