Position: Contract
Role: SAP FICO
EXP:- 3+
Location : Chennai
JD:
- Preparation of month end journals for expense accruals and booking in SAP.
- Responsible for P-Card and T&E entries and book the both entries in SAP.
- Having experience in treasury and cash activities.
- Journal entries and reconciliation for the Treasury (Loan).
- Responsible for pulling the PDF files and getting the information to the check deposited.
- Comparison P&L and B/S with roster file from onshore Treasury team
- Processing the adjustment entries for the open items.
- Involved in OTI activities and working closely with controllers through calls.
- Having knowledge on Bank reconciliation
- IC preparation and having track to get the approval from the controllers.
- Responsible for sending documents to the proper counties for recording.
- Performing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations to sort out the open items.
- Having knowledge in Payroll related activities.
- Have knowledge on Fixed Asset and prepayments
