This Job Matters as it provides technical expertise, delivering automation solutions that provide business value and meet customer requirements, including necessary designs, documentation, tools, testing, deployment and in-life support. The role defines Operations in AI/Client perspective by using industry standard tools and practices. In today's IT estate with many microservices, the data that every service generates is humungous and distributed. One of the major difficulties for the operations team is to aggregate and co-relate the data that can help them deliver proactive and predictive monitoring of applications. This role would be responsible for strategizing the procedure, tools and implement them in the best possible ways to ensure we have predictive and proactive measures on the operations, including the feedback loops.
You'll have the following responsibilities
• Applies specialist expertise to deliver technical work that is typically unique, complex, and high impact across multiple domains and/or requiring both breadth and depth of domain knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of the various components of the IT infrastructure, including server infrastructure, the interwar period, database and application architectures, and cloud components.
• Expertise in Data collection and aggregation techniques from variety of applications on the IT stack. The role needs to implement data collection and aggregation from multiple applications on the stack, and regulate the application and system logging.
• Expertise in implementing AI and Client methodologies on the aggregated data using tools (like Dynatrace) or any other available standard methods.
• Understand and build Google or other Cloud AWS infrastructure including API Gateways, Cognito and WAF using code references, using Serverless framework, Cloud formation.
• Identify and prioritize key areas of the operations where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit and drive MLOps culture.
• Expert in machine learning to help us extract value from our production data. You will be responsible for processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production.
• Expertise in any core programming languages like java, go, python and ops tools like Jprofiler, Eclipse MAT, dynatrace, new relic, elk etc.
• Cloud certified (AWS/GCP/CKAD) or currently in the process of getting certified is preferred.
• Lead technical discussions and sharing within own team and across teams.

You'll have the following skills & experience
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
• Analyzing and building the Client algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability. Also includes finding available datasets online that could be used for training.
• Defining validation strategies.
• Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset.
• Defining data augmentation pipelines.
• Training models and tuning their hyperparameters.
• Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them.
• Deploying models to production.
• Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas.
• Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets.
• Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
• Business acumen: Knowledgeable to translate business strategy into the necessary operational readiness of our systems
• Technical Knowledge: Can give comprehensive & technical specialised advice on emerging new Technologies. Provide guidance and counsel on complex and unfamiliar situations and leverages other experts to develop solutions.
