The Role
Join us as a Designer-Development and be a part of the development of Identity & Access management /security solutions for the entire Bank.

Your Responsibilities
As IAM Designer-Development, your key responsibilities will include:

• To analyse requirements, perform impact analysis, Application / Component design, build and unit test the code.
• Provides accurate status on deliverables and identify risks / issues & communicate.
• Carry out Peer Reviews to ensure that quality goals are met around project deliverables.
• Support implementation activities.
• Enable technical knowledge sharing across team
• Mentor and develop other team members with IAM platform know-how, building a strong domain knowledge base in the team
• Own the specific parts of a solution from design and development through to test and implementation should understand agile methodology and work in iterative scrums.
• Decompose design into development plan tasks and provide accurate estimation of effort.
• Regular and ad-hoc reporting to status/progress to Manager, including escalation of issues and exceptions. Should have clear articulation of progress against a plan. Escalate, clearly define and own issues through to resolution.
• Interaction with various business/project stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle and with other IT teams as appropriate.
• Work with suppliers / vendors on designated areas.

The Skills you'll need
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:

• B.E. / B Tech / MCA from a reputed institute
• Around 3 - 6 years of experience in a development projects
• Strong understanding of the HTTP protocol and routing concepts
• Network routing / Infrastructure skills
• Hands-on Java/J2EE technologies experience, Web Services, middleware technologies.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience working in distributed environment (Mainframes, Linux, Unix, Windows) with diversified technologies and integrating various systems.
• Experience in working with database and SQL queries
• Experience on waterfall and agile methodologies
• Skills with Configuration management tools (Team City preferred)
• Solution thinking, Analytical and problem solving attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong team player; organized, capable of multi-tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business needs
• Expert knowledge and development of diagrams and methodologies using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint applications
• Experience on designing large scale enterprise applications.

• Technical expertise
• Java/J2EE technology - Core Java, EJB, JMS, Web services (SOAP based), DHTML/XML, JavaScript, JSP
• JSF/Struts/Spring/Hibernate
• Understanding of IAM solutions and 3rd party products like PING,DAON
• ScriptingDB2/Oracle/PLSql
• Network routing / Infrastructure skills
• Maven/Ant/ Jenkins(CI)
• Websphere/Jboss
• Eclipse/RSA
• Distributed platform experience (Windows / Linux / UNIX)
• Web Services / SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
