1.Job Purpose:

Working as part of a SCRUM team in an Agile environment, the person fulfilling this role will,Support and coach The FUJITSU Retail Solution Market Place [henceforth called Fujitsu Market Place] scrum teams by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in cross-functional environments.Help resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery.Key role to create Product Backlog, prioritize it as per stakeholders business needs and changing market demand.Provide clear understanding to the scrum teams about the requirements and acceptance criteria.

2.Role RequirementsDevelop and adapt the product/feature visionPartner with Product Managers and other business departments to design and develop new requirements into existing software functionalityCreate detailed requirements, use cases, guides, and diagrams for product releasesPrioritize roadmap feature/functionsManage, maintain and groom the product backlogWrite user stories and specify acceptance criteriaConduct release planningWork closely with developers/testers to formulate the high-level technical solutionParticipate in all scrum ceremonies and help to continually improve the processConduct UAT on all product features to assure working softwareObserve and analyze the marketObserve, learn about, contact and analyze customers and end users of the productsKeep in touch and work with every stakeholder of the product regularlyKeep a clear feature-based roadmap which is dynamic in natureUnderstand the competitive landscape leveraging internal and external resources to shape the product roadmapDraft all required SDLC and validation documentsSupport documentation for audit readiness so that all technical documents are presented in a consistent wayWork closely with Quality Assurance to ensure regulatory compliance and support audit request

3.Tools, technologies, frameworks etc.Excellent grasp of MS Excel , Microsoft Project, JIRACertifications [Mandatory] Certified Scrum Product Owner (SCPO)[Mandatory] Atleast one certification: Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) or Professional Scrum master (Scrum.org), or Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile)[Mandatory] Certified Safe Agilist [Optional] Project Management Institute Agile Certified Professional or equivalent



4.Experience3 years functioning as a Product Owner or similar role Competencies & Personal AttributesDetail-oriented and able to successfully plan, prioritize, execute and track tasks and responsibilities in order to meet established individual and group deadlinesAbility to (verbally and in-writing) communicate clearly and complex project plans, design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirementsStrong organizational, time-management, analytical and decision-making skills in order to efficiently evaluate, plan and accomplish personal work goalsDetailed working knowledge of a System/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Previous demonstrated success in gathering information from a wide variety of sources and subsequently crafting it into effective and audience-appropriate technical and non-technical documentationProven track record of success analyzing, defining and overseeing requirements for advanced and complex applications, products and/or integrations of advanced complexityProven track record in managing the requirements definition process for a variety of stakeholders representing large and complex organizations.Familiarity with web-based application development and technologies (.NET, XML, etc.) and relational databases (SQL Server) required
Demonstrated capacity to effectively follow established processes to ensure the successful transfer of complex technical, process and organizational knowledgeKeen listening skills and ability to empathize with speakers point through verbal and non-verbal cuesProven ability to work in a team-oriented work culture, providing back-up support to team members & establishing/maintaining effective work relationships with co-workers within and across functional areas.
