Technical Skill / Delivery

•    Proven ability to code in SQL, Java,  Python, Linux and ETL technologies
•    Has background in cloud computing, data storage
•    Excellent scripting and coding skills, able to code using well defined patterns
•    Work with Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches in the delivery.
•    Hands on and deep experience working with Google Data Products (e.g. BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc etc.).
•    Extensive experience with data integration, ETL/data integration tools.
•    Able to deploy applications, monitor operations.

Best Practices

•    Coursera certification in Data Engineering
•    Coursera certification in GCP Cloud Data products (e.g. BigQuery, DataFlow, Google Cloud Databases) 
•    GCP Associate certification (Cloud Engineer)
•    Data Warehousing and ETL certification (e.g. Talend or Informatica or Snowflake Certification) 

Business Domain

•    Basic understanding of Contact Center Switch data
•    Basic understanding of internal data domains (e.g. Empower, Oracle, Kronos, Employee)
•    Basic understanding of external client source data.

•    Able to operate in a team and provide collaborations more rationally.
•    Able to own and solve the issues with minimal guidance.
•    Good verbal & written communication skills
