Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Black Belt
 
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities to deliver business impact for clients by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change within the organization using relevant LSS & digital tools and methodology. Implementation of Software Engineering Practices in IT as per ISO 20K & CMMi standards would be integral part of the role.
 
Responsibilities
  • Independently lead the high impact projects needed to deliver on business outcomes
  • Drive LSS vibe through Engagement drives & mentoring Leans & GBs
  • Identify opportunities to deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through continuous improvement (CI) lever
  • Drive stabilization for new transitions - metric identification, measurement system set & reporting set up, CI roadmap design, risk assessment
  • Identify digital led transformation opportunities in existing relationships
  • Deploy risk control & best practice framework
  • Drive deployment of digital ops infra tools
  • Ensure implementation of Project Management standards Software Engineering Practices for IT Services
 
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
  • Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital
  •  experience in IT Quality
  • BB certified from recognized certification body
  • Mentored / Completed 4 to 6 Lean Six Sigma GB projects
 
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in IT Quality Systems
  • Good knowledge of Agile, ISO 20K, and CMMi
  • Client facing experience in IT Organization
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
 
Shift
  • Day Shift but Flexible to rotationary shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams in different time zones.
