HR Operation Specialist

Diverse Lynx India Pvt. Ltd. IND (Onsite) Full-Time

HR Operations Specialist Human Resources Function reports to HR Head HR key result / decision areas (outcomes)
  • Manage end to end onboarding of all new joiners
  • Managing payroll and compliances for onroll, retainer and offroll staff
  • Ensuring compliance of sops and company policies
  • Prepare, present and successfully close all types of internal and external audits i.e. Sox audit, internal finance audit, iso audit etc.
  • Manage the data synchronization in all system (including but not limited to mis, pims, ams, etc.,) with 100% accuracy
  • Lead administration of employee benefit schemes and welfare management
  • Handle and address employee queries professionally
  • Lead review of payroll partner and statutory compliance partner
  • Lead process improvements
Soft skills:
  • Proficient in excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • An agile team player

  • Exposure in an ERP or on-line HR processes.
