Job Description
The SFDC Lead (LWC) would be responsible for the design & development of applications and workflows on the Salesforce.com platform. This role requires a deep understanding of SFDC design, architecture, and configuration. This individual would work as part of the IT CRM SGTC team and would be responsible for developing APEX, Visual Force pages, Lightening components using AURA framework and Lightning Web components on the force.com platform. This person should possess good integration knowledge and follow best practices of deployment and release management. They would also work on various implementations and system enhancement projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Design and develop Salesforce-based applications and enhancements
Build custom applications on the Force.com platform
Understand and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs
Review and understand business requirements and create functional prototypes to address them
Follow established Salesforce development standards and best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting difficult technical issues
- Work in an agile manner; be flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to document development system changes
- Contribute ideas and insight to help optimize corporate information management resources to stay current with evolving business trends and new technologies
- Share review findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders, along with reports showing the progress in implementing new strategies
Preferred Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certification.
Certified Salesforce Admin and Service/Sales Cloud Knowledge
Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications & Experience: 5 years programming experience with 4-5 years of relevant experience with Salesforce Lightning development.
Hands-on and proven experience on developing Aura components and Lightning Web Components.
Expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript and SOAP.
Integration experience with ERP systems thru middleware like Informatica / MuleSoft / Webservices, etc.
Experience with the Setup UI to configure in Salesforce Lightning.
Ability to write Apex classes, Apex trigger, test classes Visualforce pages.
Well conversant with Salesforce development and design best practices.
Process knowledge of Sales, Service, Market Cloud, and Communities
Deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API.
Physical & Mental Requirements: A self-starter, passion for technology, with curiosity and comfort challenging the present norm
Strong desire to understand and meet business challenge through innovation, pilots, service creation
