 Job Description

Position Overview:
Need a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant who supports clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the CRM solutions to the business. This role uses consulting skills, technical and business knowledge to architect, design and manage an efficient CRM environment to deliver value-added products to the clients. The Technical developer must also have expertise in customizing Dynamics CRM using WebAPIs, Angular/JQuery JS framework and C# for writing plugins.
Essential Job Functions:
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
• Verify that the application matches requirements and ensure the application meets end user expectations
• Conduct gap analysis
• Document business requirements and facilitate requirement sign-off with appropriate business stakeholders
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Evaluate current business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
• Conceptualize and design a best-practice solution that leverages product and industry knowledge, as directed by business requirements
• Facilitate the decision-making process and develop functional designs that will drive the development process
• Socialize and refine detailed functional designs with other project team leads and client business representatives
• Communicate designs to business, development, testing, and training teams
• Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions, and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations
• Manage defect triage and management activities during internal and external testing events
• Plan and perform quality reviews of project deliverables prior to release
• Develop and maintain detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Customer Service Management System
• Perform special technology projects and initiatives as assigned
• Assist in documenting business requirements document for its implementation of Business Development System using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
• Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, and portals

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
• Role Specific Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience in Microsoft Technologies in building enterprise solutions around web, CRM, Case management
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 – on-premise and online
• Experience with migrating systems and applications from On-premise to Online
• Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 with SharePoint online
• Experience in Analysis and Design on large systems integration project with multiple organizations
• Experience with working in integrated teams comprising of employee and consultant resources
• Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments
• Experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologies and major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, User interface Design)
• Project management experience
• Experience in public sector/government
• Experience in using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

Certification Requirements:
• Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional – GP 2013 and CRM 2013
• Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCSE/MCSA/MCITP) – Server 2012/SharePoint/SQL Server/Exchange
• VMware Certified Professionals (VCP) – ESX 5.0/ESX 5.5

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Need a CRM Technical developer who has expertise in C# for writing plugins and

• Expertise in customizing CRM using WebAPIs and Angular/JQuery JS framework

• Knowledge of Angular4 and Bootstrap4
• Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycle
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration, etc.)
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods (Web services,)
• Good knowledge of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
• Good knowledge of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development
• Knowledge of Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight
• Need a CRM Technical developer who has expertise in C# for writing plugins and

• Expertise in customizing CRM using WebAPIs and Angular/JQuery JS framework
• Knowledge of CRM development or integration best practices
• Good knowledge of Technical specifications documentation
• Understanding of data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
• Understanding of SQL Reporting Services and MOSS/SharePoint Services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
• Ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources
• Ability to manage deliverables, meeting notes, presentations and other documentation/communications
• Strong writing skills
