Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, Integration, and Mobile App Development, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Led the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various domains, including App Engine, ITSM, Integration, and Mobile App Development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and develop roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations.
- Design and architect scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ServiceNow capabilities, staying current with platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, Integration, and Mobile App Development, providing training and mentoring to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are required.
- Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, including Scripting, Workflow, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration capabilities, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.
- Experience in Mobile App Development on the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Mobile App configurations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
