NPD Manager
- Develop New Stable Products as per the Stage Gate Process for Retail, FS & QSR Channels in coordination with respective teams.
- Responsible for all Steps from Lab trials till Product Commercialization includes ILT Approvals, Vendor finalization, Plant Trials, Specification development and alignment, Shelf Life studies, Artwork development and approvals, Post Launch reviews.
- Responsible for the development of Specifications includes Raw materials, Process specifications, Product specifications and alignment with vendors and Plant team.
- Conducted Real Time Shelf life studies for new Products at -18 deg C as well as created Protocols and conducted various studies at different temperatures.
- Handled Projects for Sustainable Cost advantage-Includes Value Engineering of Products without altering the Product quality parameters. Delivered above 16 million savings to the company.
- Development of alternate vendors for Sustainable Cost Advantage initiatives.
- Active Participation in Global Projects.
- Prepared various SOP's related to R & D Process.
- Intensely involved in setting quality parameters of incoming materials.
- Worked closely with big QSR's like McD.
- Actively involved in the development of PLM software for IndiaR & D
