L2 Senior Support Engineer (Core Network)
Packet core (GGSN, Diameter, Radius, SMS, messaging/network/Linux/shell scripting/Java application deployment on linux systm)/networking(TCP/IP, SSL configuration), IP networking, VLAN, VRF, Load Balancer (Citrix, F5),
Candidate should have:-
- Exposure of web based application
- Have worked and provided application support
- Ready to work in 24*7 support model
- Flexible to work in shifts as per roster
- Able to do monitoring through provided tools and provide L2 level application support
- Analyze and resolve tickets relating to m2m platform and applications
- Able to own and run the calls during incident with all impacted teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Implement temporary workarounds and permanent fix for reported incidents
- Have knowledge of ITIL

L2 Senior Support Engineer (Comarch IoT Portal) Comarch IoT Connectivity Management Portal, IDM deployment, DB, Java/weblogic/glassfish/networking (TCP/IP, SSL configuration), Oracle WebLogic, OSB, SOA Architecture
Candidate should have:-
- Exposure of web based application
- Have worked and provided application support
- Ready to work in 24*7 support model
- Flexible to work in shifts as per roster
- Able to do monitoring through provided tools and provide L2 level application support
- Analyze and resolve tickets relating to m2m platform and applications
- Able to own and run the calls during incident with all impacted teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Tracks tickets until successfully resolved
Implement basic, documented break-fix tasks along the lines of following a cookbook recipe
Escalate to an L2 Engineer and follow documented escalation procedures
Have knowledge of ITIL

Have worked and provided application support
Ready to work in 24*7 support model
Flexible to work in shifts as per roster
