Job Description

ICL Systems is the leading provider of systems solutions designed for the demands and challenges of the finished vehicle supply chain.  Only ICL Systems offers seamless integration and total visibility in all segments of the finished vehicle pre-delivery and transportation process.  ICL Systems has approximately 50% market share in the United States in this niche industry.  We are opening a new office is India and the office location will be right on MG Road near one of the Metro stations.

Job Requirements

  • Be the point of contact for all visitors in the office.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that there is proper administrative support for all the employees in the India office.
  • Work with the US based HR Director with all company new hires to ensure proper onboarding.
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of the office equipment such as computers, copy machine, etc.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
  • Maintain stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls and provide daily receptionist duties
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability in setting up an office is essential


  • Bachelor degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills a must and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
