Job Description

Role Proficiency:Level of Proficiency:Perform independent analysis, research and find resolution of business problemsOutcomes:1.      Work independently with cross functional teams to gather and analyse information and recommend solutions 2.      Perform research and study of specific work problems and procedures related to UST clients or internal stakeholders and enable solutions 3.      Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of the new systems, procedures, or organizational changes 4.      Perform research and study of specific work problems and procedures related to UST clients or internal stakeholders and provide solution recommendations to managers 5.      Independently direct the implementation of small projects 6.      Develop and maintain performance reports and consult with management about format, distribution, and purpose 7.      Recognize and maintain confidential information 8. Mentor team to achieve defined goals Measures of Outcomes:Measures:1.      # of Project implementations 2.      Quality of research and analysis 3.      # of solutions implemented 4.      # of new systems or processes implemented 5. Accuracy of reporting and MISOutputs Expected:Operations :Collect and analyze information on specific business problems or procedures, recommend and develop solutions, as required Review management reports and make specific suggestions, recommendations actions based on the reportProject/ Schedule Management:Plan and manage multiple small projects/ modules as defined within UST Identify risks and mitigation strategies and implement the same to manage simple, small projects/ modules Identify options to Fast track the schedule and plan to implement the same Estimate the work, plan and track the activities closely and report the progress on a regular basisTeam Management:Provide feedback and enable the team to perform independently and grow Skill Examples:1.      Strong analytical and problem solving skills 2.      Must be a self-starter and quick learner 3.      Ability to work in a team environment 4.      Strong written and oral communication skills 5.      Ability to handle pressure and setbacks 6.      Adaptability 7. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge Examples: 1.      PMP certification or UST internal equivalent certification 2.      Good understanding of IT industry 3. Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Visio. MS Project
