Enables delivery of organizational development solutions that are aligned with our organization's business strategy. Builds partnerships with business leaders and client groups to understand their organizational needs and enables delivery of effective solutions aligned to those business needs. Facilitates execution of organizational development solutions including change management, organizational design and coaching processes leveraging organizational and talent analytics. Models the organization’s desired culture and enhances the capacity for future changes in the organization. Supports the development of the change management, organizational design and coaching capability within the HR team. Utilizes processes, tools, and approaches that deliver enduring results and increases the organization’s ability to respond and adapt to change. Enables completion of organizational diagnostic processes, including organizational design elements, change impact analyses and change management plans. Assesses appropriate usage of measures of success for organizational development efforts. Partners with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and relevant Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver human resources programs and business outcome focused solutions. Participates in other initiatives as needed.
