Review loan documents for accuracy of data uploaded in the application. Monitor & ensure work compliance to policies & procedures and applicable regulations.
•Review loan documents for accuracy of data uploaded in the application
•Processing invoices to the various vendors
•Liaison between vendors and the company
•Work on adhoc projects assigned from time to time
•Review various Financial Statements on a monthly basis to determine the health of the property and the borrower’s capacity to pay the debt
•Prepare and maintain process manuals
•Monitor the TAT and Quality of the processes being handled in a timely manner and make sure that they are met
•Provide Weekly and Monthly Dashboard for presenting it to the higher management
•Monitor & ensure work compliance to policies & procedures and applicable regulations.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in Commerce, Finance, Economics or General Business
• MBA will be a plus
• Professional certification in Banking Operations will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of continuous work experience is a must
