Our firm is seeking a professional Oracle SCM SME who will be responsible for Oracle implementations and support for Measurement Solutions in the area of Supply Chain Management. The successful applicant will serve as the liaison between the global Automation Solutions IT Teams, Business Unit IT and business teams while supporting IT projects.
Primary responsibility includes providing Oracle solutions for business requirements related to enhancements & projects and facilitating implementation including testing, readiness assessment, training, hardware capacity evaluation and performance evaluation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
8 plus years of experience in implementation, rollouts and support of Oracle EBS Global Supply Chain modules in Release12i.
A subject matter expert in SCM Solution Designing and Enhancements, Business Process Re-engineering and Business Process mapping.
Strong understanding of Business Scenarios with Star Parts, Model Configuration, ATO, CTO (Configure to Order) PTO (Procure to Order).
Intercompany setup configurations and mapping of Interco Business requirement in system.
Extensive knowledge of IR/ISO, GOP, Sourcing, ATP, CTP.
Expertise in Oracle eBusiness Supply Chain Management modules: Order Management, Quotes, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing (WIP/BOM), Shipping Execution, Cost Management, ASCP and Advanced Pricing.
Good knowledge of Oracle configurations/functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces for 11i/R12 E-Business Suite.
Able to Gather requirement, map them in Oracle apps and manage gaps and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management – User Training, AIM Methodology Documentation.
Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering
Ensuring validations and testing of setups during CRP, SIT, FAT and IAT.
Support of production business system issues after go-live.
Month end, year-end and physical inventory support.
Able to lead discussions related to issue metrics and trends and leads process improvement based on trends.
Creation and maintenance of process flow documentation and assistance with user trainings.
Strong business system analysis skills including writing and executing SQL queries.
Effectively function in a global matrixed and team environment.
Experience in a fast paced, changing environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
