The Enterprise Change Management team is responsible for implementing CM/RM objectives, including design, implementation, institutionalization and maintenance of the framework. This position requires a broad knowledge of the organization's business functions, application development and infrastructure, as well as change and release management experience.
This role is on the Enterprise Change Management team which is a part of the Production Service Assurance (PSAp organization. PSA owns and manages key ITIL processes such as Change Management (CM), Release Management (RM), Availability Management, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and IT Asset Management.
