Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer -Autosys

A Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership across Enterprise Infrastructure. This role supports key project driven initiatives, as well as operational tasks to maintain the integrity of infrastructure environment. Provide leadership and direction for the Architecture, Design, Maintenance and 3rd Level Support of a 7 x 24 global infrastructure.

• Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling (Autosys) environments.
• Monitoring of Scheduling platforms (Autosys Servers and Remote Agentsand etc)
• Coordinate access and security management of all Scheduling Infrastructure components.
• Implement patches/updates to Scheduling Infrastructure Components (Autosys).
• Find opportunities to improve/automate the existing processes.
• Proactively supervises daily production batch and file transmissions for potential failures and delays.
• Providing Root Cause Analysis to resolve facts based on the problem.
• Alignment to Change Management process and controls flow for various changes being implemented.

• Note: Resource who has experience with multiple scheduling softwares will have an added advantage (AutoSys / Automic/ DE-Series / Control - M)

  Talents Needed For Success: Key skills and experience
• At least 5 years of workload automation experience alone.
• Architectural knowledge of CA Workload Automation AutoSys.
• Demonstrable Experience supporting in multi instance platform.
• Crucial Skills
• Experience in installing, upgrading Autosys (CA Workload Automation AE), WCC and EEM.
• Experience of Jobs Monitoring, Scheduling, troubleshooting, administration and maintenance in business critical scheduling environment.
• Experience in installation and maintenance remote agents on UNIX and Windows.
• Good written & oral communications.

• Desirable Skills / Experience -

• Scripting skills (Batch/Shell/Perl).
• Knowledge of ITIL Standards.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL ( Oracle/Sybase/SQL server)
• Basic Unix/Windows Administration
