Our Agile development team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin to support our Sales & Service Cloud, Communities Apps, Lightning Migration, Client Self-Service Use Cases, Process Automation, API integrations, and more. We are fast-paced and looking for a hardworking Salesforce professional to join us.

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of crucial, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

Your Responsibilities

Assists in the design of application components, builds applications, interfaces between applications, and understands data security, retention, and recovery. Advocates for functional & technical solutions that are out-of-box first, and custom when appropriate. Contributes to platform-specific best practices & standards; contributes to success criteria and quality of solution from design through deployment. Follows agile delivery norms of the squad, actively contributes to discussions, accepts ownership and partners with team and squad members to ensure changes are released to Production without impact. Provides L2/L3 support for escalated Production Incidents. Participates in Product planning, evaluation of new features, and provides solution recommendations. Sets expectations with partners on delivery commitments.

  • 6+ years’ experience in Salesforce Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with Service Cloud and Process Builder
  • Experience with Lightning (usage or migration) and Communities a plus
  • Experience working in an Agile team using Jira or equivalent tooling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree in technical/computer field or related experience required
