-Experience in managing applications/solutions on production environment -Good Knowledge on AWS technologies -Monitoring the KPI's of the prod applications -Troubleshooting and resolving of complex application issues -Change and Problem management -Able to interact with cross teams and able to resolve the issue reported to closure -Metrics reporting on ticket inflow; resolution time etc -Identifying the ticket inflow trend and coming up with proactive measures -Able to Enhance customer experience through operational efficiencies and innovations -Strong spoken/written English ????????????????
