JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Obtain detailed understanding on Bankruptcy requirements and timelines.
•Process various Bankruptcy tasks assigned as per the Bankruptcy guidelines with quality and efficiency.
•Perform other duties assigned by management.
•Work with outside counsel to reach resolutions on the bankruptcy case status.
•Maintain Portfolio Timelines on filing POC and MFR and other sub-process within BK.
•Turnaround time on follow up actions to be at 97%
• Average computer skills including comfortability on MS Office/Excel features.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Graduation – Any
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
