Detailed JD:
The consultant will be part of the Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) Structure for Client Hellenic Bottling Company (CCH) as a member of the Client Bulgaria Competency Center Finance & RTR Domain
- The scope of work includes maintenance and support of standard SAP and custom or non-SAP Finance applications interfaced with CCH SAP template: Accounts Payable Workflow solution (Process Director by Hyland), CAPEX approval and reporting tool (COIN), Balance Sheet Reconciliation solution (Cadency by Trintech), Dolphin archiving solution
- Initial responsibility: execute technical tasks in SAP or other integrated applications based on service requests submitted by the customer within agreed SLAs and with adequate quality
- Additional responsibility in medium run: resolve technical issues in SAP or other integrated applications based on incidents submitted by the customer within agreed SLAs and with adequate quality
- Additional responsibility in long run: understand business requirements in change requests submitted by the client, assess system impact, create end-to-end solution proposal and evaluate the effort for execution of the desired changes; prepare comprehensive development requirements and assist development team in requirements delivery; test and document the change; support the business users in testing and during go live of the delivered change.
