Batch Monitoring
• Experience with scheduling tools (TWS-OPC) and TSO utilities.
• Understanding Batch flow and need to take action, if flow getting affected person need to take appropriate action immediately
• Understanding of ITIL methodology and processes.
• Service/client centric approach.
• Adding Adhoc jobs,
• Adding/removing job Dependency , time Dependency
• Knowledge on Special resources
• Knowledge on ETT
• Knowledge on JCL variables
• Ability of trouble shooting skills (JCL errors, space abends, SQL errors etc.)
• Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work well under-pressure within high performance driven environment.
• Conceptual understanding of Storage Management and HSM
• Conceptual understanding of Racf
• Indepth understand and ability to manage and run zVM
