Business Analyst- SNOW
Location: Bangalore
The Job Description is given below:
- No of years of experience – minimum 2 to 4 years should be as a Business Analyst in IT – Banking or Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and related applications.
- Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills
- Should have experience in end-to-end functional Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Impact Assessment, Business Analysis, Project delivery, Functional Testing and User Documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross functional teams / cross location teams.
- The candidate should have been part of System Testing activities, or willing to drive such Testing (Test planning, Test case creating, Test data preparation, test management and reporting) as an-add on to Business Analyst role.
- Awareness of ITILv3 Framework
- Exposure to working in Agile, SAFe or DevOps environments
