• Responsible for delivery of SAP HR solutions Team Management for SAP HR projects at site off where deputed
• Interacting with customer for requirement gathering customer management
• Analyze symptoms, define the problem and provide the solution.
• Trainings and Internal know how transfer.
• Coordinate with other consultants across module and across projects for the customer Team motivation Monitoring SLA compliance
• Support Process improvements

• Should have handled functional team of size 3-10 personnel SAP HR configuration skills in modules - PA personnel administration, organization management, PY payroll India & International; Time management
• Proficiency in MS Office esp. MS Excel Should have sound knowledge of HR business processes.
• Desirable SAP HR OM,PA, Time Management & Payroll skills SAP HR Talent Management SAP HR Learning SAP HR E-recruitment & E-separation ESSMSS SAP HR integration with FI & MM Leadership potential People management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Written and Verbal Confidence Customer Orientation
• Good team player Analytical skills
• Candidates must have accurate and logical problem solving ability, presentation skills, and the ability to work in a team environment Self-starter, high motivation, approachable & cooperative nature
• Good in documentation, an organized individual with excellent verbal and written abilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
