Sharepoint Developer
Exp- 5+ yrs
Location - Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities
• Work with Solution Architect to design and implement application.
• Understand SharePoint/Office Portal and other application architecture, design & modules with functional & technical perspective.
• Understand technical components and its criticality as well as complexity.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve roadblocks related to external interfaces.
• Understand new design aspects being brought into Landscape and understand technical change relevant to application.
• Report weekly progress to Project Manager
• Technical supervision of Team Members and Activities planned with respect to application daily deliverables.
Skill Requirements:
• 7-10 years Full lifecycle experience developing large scale applications
• Strong technical skills on at least one version of SharePoint (Office 365 preferred)
• Sound knowledge of AZURE
• The candidate should primarily be well versed with SharePoint features and capabilities and should have deep knowledge in at least one of the workloads of SharePoint.
• STRONG CODING EXPEREINCE
• Experience of working with SharePoint / Office 365 / SharePoint Online / SharePoint Search & Azure
• Experience of working with the SharePoint App model (Provider hosted /SharePoint hosted)
• Experience of working with Remote Event Receivers, Web Jobs
• Experience in designing Master pages and layout pages
• Sound knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC and Client-Side Scripting languages/frameworks
• Experience in ASP.NET Framework / MVC / C# .NET / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / REST / OData / CDN / SP Designer / VS 2015
• Good understanding of SharePoint Online features i.e
multi language variation sites, taxonomy, workflows and deployment packages
• Sound knowledge of SharePoint Search, Display templates
• Experience working with Metalogix and other 3rd party migration tools
• Integration to line of business and 3rd party systems
• Must be able to solve problems using any of the coding and scripting languages
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM Development Methodology
• Unit test to assure meets requirements, including integration test as needed.
• Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
• Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills
