Location: Noida office (preferred)/Remote
Base Pay: INR 8LPA+ Benefits and Incentives.
Timings: 6.30 P.M to 3.30 A.M IST
Interview Rounds: 2
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida/Remote (for the qualified candidate with proven records) for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for placing bench consultants of RAPS in new projects, collaborating with managers and stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with consultants and client managers. They will also be responsible for bringing in new talents under H1 Transfer and deploying them in projects.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
- Must have knowledge on understanding candidates' profile and technologies.
- Experience with job boards, social media, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn and Dice
- Knowledge of US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa types
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience/connection Working directly with Direct clients and Prime Vendors requirement.
- Must have strong relationship with Tier1/Preferred Vendors to move our consultants fast at an excellent rate.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, or a related field
