Workday Consultant
- Modules: Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Performance, On boarding, Recruiting
- Perform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and Production issues.
- Good understanding of Core HCM, Advanced Compensation
- Utilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiative.
- Documents configurations for future use and training Day to Day Support (Production Support).
- Review Business Requirements and do gap analysis.
- Write Workday Functional Design Documents.
- Update Workday Business Processes and Configuration.
- Debug and Fix issues found during development, testing, cut-over and post go-live Skills
