Facilities/Admin IT-Web Technologist
- Primary Skills Required: Perl , Java (JSP-Servlets), Scripting Languages with additional familiarity with UNIX/LINUX environment, Apache Tomcat.
- Database Knowledge Desirable (Oracle , MySql)
- Basic Programming Skills.
- Basic UI developing skills: Javascript, HTML,CSS etc
- Hands on experience with Linux Operating system
- Experience in designing and building web applications
- Sharepoint knowledge will be an advantage
- Ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude.
- Technology savvy and ready to explore and experiment with new projects.
- Flexible with working timings and days, positive attitude and great team player open to explore new tasks and variety of jobs under the facilities department.
- Manage and maintain Facility space management tool ec1 and plan accordingly.
- Lead and manage any new automated tools for WPR, like Flex implementation , hybrid work management tools in future.
- Develops, Debugs & Maintains Applications on the Internet/Intranet: for the facilities (Workplace Resources) team.
- Designs and develops user interfaces for Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; designing and conducting tests.
- Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Automate Facilities functioning and suggest better reporting mechanism.
- Develops Quiz's / Surveys / Registration sites / Reports for site activities and Facilities.
- Maintain few inbuilt Excel based tools and MIS reports for Facilities and Admin like Inventories/Billing MIS/Provisions etc or as required
- Flexible to work and Coordinate with the facilities team for miscellaneous administrative jobs if required, special site events, Managing registrations and facilities / admin shift management if required.
- Manage few other Apps and support as required for events and other functions.
