Help Desk Analyst
Experience: 2-5 Years
Brief project description: Help Desk Analyst for Cloud Managed Services team (Voice, email and web support)
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts – 24/7
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Primary Skill: High Communication Skills
Rich experience in Tech Support & customer communication through multiple channels – Voice, email and Helpdesk system like SNOW / Remedy.
Secondary Skill: Technical Aptitude to troubleshoot the L1 Issues
Key Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Voice and email Process experience Mandatory
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills.
- Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
- Excellent Customer communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and SNOW / Remedy ticketing system.
