ITIL & IT Process Audit
Experience in process definition, documentation, implementation and improvement. Experience in IT Process audits. ITIL foundation is a must. Knowledge of ISO 20k and COBIT will be an added advantage.Should have a very good verbal and written communication skill. Good knowledge of MS-Powerpoint, word and Excel to process the data and present it to the leadership
