Key Accountabilities

PROCESS AND SYSTEM EXPERTISE

Gain knowledge of the vendor hub platforms and lead all project support activities as follows::

• Take lead in understanding the overall systems landscape for GVH as a first
• Perform extensive data treatment and management activities where data pertains to global vendor database in support of key projects running out of the Global vendor Hub
• Performed UATs for all project scenarios and on all SAP platforms and associated User Interfaces to ensure that the data the system behaves as required
• Design scenarios for Global Vendor Data testing and be accountable for delivery of the same
• Perform large dataset reconciliations to map the old vendor database to the updated database for accuracy and completeness and support with appropriate reporting as it may merit in such scenarios
• Accurately & comprehensively maintain all project related documentations as may transpire from time to time
• Deliver on the project related MI, both operation data related or project related from a GVH standpoint

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the group; this primarily includes engaging with Project management Group and Technology teams in support of the projects being supported by the role holder
• Proactively lead and participate all periodic sessions with the team bringing them up to speed with the project progress are ensuring that the team us up to sate at all times including their duties with regards to supporting Projects
• Work closely with the Change management teams and the Global Vendor Hub management

Decision-making and Problem Solving

• Be able to define the problem, look at potential causes, identify alternatives and select the best possible solution when it comes to resolving scenarios testing
• Design independently test cases and write scripts to support testing the platforms and newly migrated datasets
