 Job Description:-

 

  • Employee taxation & compensation, designing & defining salary grade wise salary structure. 
  • Ensure the correct deduction from employees Salary for PF, ESIC, LWF and professional tax.
  • End to end payroll processing, checking accuracy in calculation of salaries and timely disbursement.
  • Preparing materials for external auditors.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Preparing Reimbursement Benefit Statement for eligible employees like Medical, Petrol, and Books & Periodicals e-imbursement.
  • Reconciling payroll accounts and correcting errors.
  • Processing full & final settlement including notice pay/recovery with all reimbursement and deductions.
  • Handling employees queries received through mails, calls
  • Able to handle Internal Employees & their challenges of minimum 400 employees' size.

    Record Management & MIS: 
 
  • Maintaining the HR database of current employee base, wages and benefits.
  • Designing & upgrading the employee records.
  • Preparing Reports & MIS on weekly and monthly basis related to HR & Client.
  • Personal Files maintenance of all employees
