Mandatary Skills :

• Lead a team of Incident Management analysts
• Provide 24x7 incident management response to all P1 and P2 incidents
• Support daily meetings and update SDLT accordingly
• Ensure all incidents are logged on the relevant SM Tool Suites
• Assist in the analysis and identification of incident trends and solutions by analysing SM tools data
• Produce operational reporting to support the incident management service
• Management and control of all P1 and P2 incidents in the SM toolsets
• Operate as the service integrator for P1 and P2 issues where required

• Respond to incidents from customers and internal IS teams
• Provide communications interface and escalation to the Global IS Service Delivery Leadership Team
• Monitor the progress of all P1 and P2 incidents against SLA's
• Provide data to assist Service Level Management in benchmarking performance
• Adhere to the SABMiller Incident Management processes
• Integration into all vendors Services
• Management of all related data and knowledge that supports the Incident management process.
• To provide Incident Management support to all IS Delivery Centres
• Perform Post Incident Reviews and handover to the Problem Management process
• Actively work to reduce the number of reoccurring incidents
• Experience and proven track record of involvement in large delivery programmes from a support service delivery perspective
• Good technical knowledge/understanding; (must have exposure to some of the following)
  • SAP technology and modules
  • WAN/LAN operations and management
  • Global network management.
  • Wintel infrastructure operations and management

Strong knowledge and understanding of IS technology areas (within projects and operations)
