GRC Senior Developer
Location: Remote(Offshore)
Responsibilities:
- Manage, enhance, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand GRC requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow platform.
- Design and develop custom GRC applications, modules, and workflows in ServiceNow to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other systems to facilitate data exchange and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into risk and compliance posture.
- Lead testing efforts for GRC solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow GRC applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and architects to ensure GRC solutions align with platform best practices and governance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow GRC features and functionalities, evaluating their applicability to existing solutions and future projects.
- Document GRC solution designs, configurations, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in GRC governance activities, including risk assessments, compliance audits, and policy reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow GRC, providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing, enhancing, and supporting GRC solutions in ServiceNow.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules and functionalities, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting (JavaScript), Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Workflow Configuration.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, such as REST APIs, SOAP web services, and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex GRC requirements and design appropriate solutions.
