Job Description:
As a Platform Lead Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITSM processes, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform components to automate and streamline IT service delivery processes.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring junior developers and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Scripting, Workflow, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
