Work you'll do

• Engage on delivery of projects and be the key interface to end users
• Lead teams to execute projects
• Responsible for project management, client management, advanced business analysis (conducting needs assessments etc.)
• Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
• Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements
• Experience with full cycle Salesforce.com implementations
• Designs, and facilitate development
• Deploys high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform in SalesforceDevelops Salesforce solutions, leveraging Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, components, and Validation Rules
• Plays a technical role in evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons and develops plans for their implementation into Salesforce org.
• Provides on-going technical support for existing custom APEX code being used on the Force.com platform
• Trains/mentors other practitioners on Salesforce development practices, as needed
• Maintains alignment with Salesforce development best practices
• Job Location HYD/MUM/BLR
• Work Timings-9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Qualifications & Experience
Required:

• Professional Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS
• Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.
• Should have very good technical problem solving skills.
• Ability to analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same.
• Ability to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
• Ability to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.

Preferred:

• Good experience in Salesforce.com Development environment(S-Controls, AJAX Toolkit, Apex API)
• Should be strong in Apex, Visual force
• Should have experience in integration and Configuration
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com
• Any Salesforce.com certification is preferred
