Manual Tester
- Formulate software testing strategies
- Review business / software requirements /development documentation and provide inputs.
- Prepare test plans.
- Analyze test results and test metrics.
- Prepare test reports.
- Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
- Participate in regular Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Work collaboratively with developers, Scrum Leaders, Product Owners to effectively support the test automation needs of the software and firmware.
- Create and enhance test configurations.
- Working with the Development team to capture and reuse Automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs & Drivers, and other Development Test objects.
- Oversee non-functional testing and performance testing
Skills Needed:
1. Preferred Technology skills : Java, JEE, Web technologies (Javascript,HTML5,CSS,GWT),Web Services/Rest API, Reports, BRMS and Oracle/DB2 database.
2. Software Estimation skills
3. Communication & Presentation Skills for engaging stakeholders
4. Analysis and Consulting skills
5. Domain Knowledge for Corporate, SME & MSME Banking ( Credit Assessment & Monitoring ) preferable
