Business Analysis/Reengineering Practitioner

• We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead/Business Analyst with expertise in the Auto/Commercial Auto Insurance domain to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAAS platforms and experience working in the insurance industry.
• The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying and recommending solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Skills Required:

• Strong P&C (Auto/Commercial Auto) Insurance domain
• Analyze business requirements related to Auto/Commercial Auto Insurance domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
• Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Property and Casualty (P&C) personal lines, commercial lines or specialty lines.
• Experience working as Integration / Data reporting business analyst

Experience Preferred:

• Experience working in Agile methodology and running the scrum ceremonies, building the backlog, conducting sprint planning sessions
• Understanding of GCP services, API interfaces, and interaction, CICD pipeline is preferred.
• Knowledge of User interface tools like AEM is preferred.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 yrs of experience Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Associate in claims(AIC), Associate in Underwriting
