IT Service Delivery Manager
10+ Years of IT experience, with at least 5 years' experience in Service Operations; ITIL implementation in a large or global organization.
- Must have minimum of ITIL certifications; preferably Managers Certificate or Expert in Service Management
- Proficient in ITIL service management processes, with practical knowledge and experience in the Service lifecycle processes.
- Service Now exposure preferred
