Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Forklift experience a plus
- Attention to detail is critical
- Must work with sense of urgency
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must support and work in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs on a frequent basis and be able to work standing and walking most of the day
- Excellent attendance record and solid performance record
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0~2 years of experience in warehouse/stockroom.

Material Handler II
BUSINESS: CIRCOR INDUSTRIAL
LOCATION: COIMBATORE, INDIA
DIRECT REPORTING: MANAGER - STORES & LOGISTICS
FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: NA
POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
Picks/pulls materials from stock using computerized manufacturing work orders and pick lists.
Principal Activities
- Loading/unloading heavy materials/pallets with Fork Truck
- After Unloading report - receipt qty discrepancy.
- After QC clearance move the acceptance material from the inward area to the store area.
- After inward write the part number above the raw material.
- Assures all work performed is within safety guidelines and parameters.
- Location rack ID updating.
- Maintain the work area to ensure maintain 6s work environment is maintained.
