Job Purpose:\u00A0\u00A0

  • The Program Manager (PM) plays a crucial role as a liaison between Tech Data, its Customers, and Vendors.

  • Coordinate programs and activities aligned with the business and vendor objectives and goals.

  • Innovate new programs to align with the organization's strategic direction.

  • Execute and oversee changes and initiatives to meet program objectives, driving additional growth and value for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align Tech Data/Vendor programs with business partners.
  • Drive growth initiatives and incremental value for both the vendor and Tech Data.
  • Engage with channel partners and vendors.
  • Disseminate the organization's message across various channels to targeted audiences, ensuring sales objectives are met.
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing funnels for lead progression and analyzing return on investment (ROI) from marketing activities.
  • Create a robust execution strategy for solution sales based on managed product groups. Collaborate closely with vendor channel and marketing teams for planning, execution, and review of initiatives.
  • Lead solutions-focused planning with business partners for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strategically participate from planning to execution stages of programs with sales business units.
  • Track and monitor leads and opportunities with brands.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent education.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Preferably experienced in the IT industry and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in channel and vendor management is a plus.

  • Exposure to networking product and solutions is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong background in sales environment.

  • Excellent foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal sales teams, leveraging these connections to enhance organizational presence.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meticulous marketing analysis and reporting.
