Oracle HCM cloud-

JD: Oracle HCM Cloud as Technical/Techno Functional consultant
Should Have 3 to 5 Years of exp. in Oracle HCM Cloud as Technical/Techno Functional consultant.
Should have thorough working exp.in data migration/loading using HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader.
Should Have good exp. in Developing all types of HCM Extract.
Should have good exp. in developing, modifying reports using BIP & OTBI.
Should have developed complex reports.
Should have developed complex interfaces, integrations using BIP, HCM Extract, Web Services, etc.
Should have extensively worked on developing Fast formulas.
Should have developed complex Page Personalization.
Should have good exposure in Security concepts in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Should have exp. & understanding in Flex Field, Value Sets, Workflow.
Should have good communication skill – Written & Verbal.
Should have exposure & working exp. in Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Talent management, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation etc.
