Linux Administrator
- Good knowledge on RED Hat Linux 5,6 and 7 operating systems.
- Provide TIER 2 troubleshooting support to the client.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the issues of existing data centers remotely.
- Investigate and provide the RCA for the incidents.
- Perform the scheduled changes and the tasks.
- Take the ownership of the tickets and work towards the resolution.
- Perform the activities within the defined SLA.
- Adhere to the Change Management process.
- Work with the external vendors for resolution.
